These are a one-of-a-kind book. I do not keep a stock of them. When I sell one I make a new one. either when I get inspired or when I get an order, which ever comes first. I made my first "real accordion book" in 2001. I have not kept the best of records, best guess is that I have made and sold 15-20. I create the accordion book structure by slitting the bellows of an unrepairable vnitage accordion so there are panels that fold back and forth like an accordion book. The images and text panels are then inserted into the slit bellows to create the pages. The text is usually a history of the accordion paired with a history of the accordion book. The images are photographs of accordion players from my photo collection. They are digitally printed on my handmade paper and then hand colored and rubricated by Donna. Commissioned texts are considered, but if research is required there will be an additional cost.
