Artists' statement:
This one-of-a-kind book was inspired by my love for the preparing and eating of delicious meals. I included some servings of the politics of food in the text hoping to share a few things I have learned about how the choices I make regarding what I eat, and the choices we as a society make not only affect the health of our own bodies, but also affect the well-being of other people worldwide, and the environment of the world we all live in.
