The situation...
The Deck and Discards are exhausted with three undercards trapped beneath the 9
. Note that the 4

are missing while the 5 blocks the 6 so there are no plays to the AceRow and the hand appears to be dead.
Without those missing cards, there seems no possability of running up clubs or diamonds. But if hearts and diamonds can be swapped, we'll have a shot at playing the 9.
