Search the NCI Clinical Trials Database (PDQ)
Search by cancer type, treatment type, and geographic location. Although no database has all clinical trials in it, this is an excellent start.

Listing of Industry-Sponsored Cancer Trials
From the Centerwatch site, this is a listing of industry-sponsored (as opposed to government-sponsored) clinical trials. This is a listing of cancer trials arranged by category.

Clinical Trial Notification Service
Centerwatch has a service by which they will email you and let you know of any trials you might be interested in as they come available.

Ecancertrials
Another good database for finding clinical trials. When you register they will help you find appropriate trials.

European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer
This page contains their listings of current ongoing research in Europe.
