Local author and trouble maker, M.L. Fischer was detained recently after this photo proved that he was obviously very high. In fact he was 3700 ft above sea level and clearly giddy.
Thought police have denounced this type of reckless activity, saying that this could infect the population at large, and then who would do the grunt work that makes the corporate owners rich.
As a condition of his probation, Fischer will be forced to take a real job.
