What is Surgical Staging? - brief

Definition:
The initials for the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (in
French, the F and I are reversed). This is the only worldwide organization in
the field, and is devoted to raising practice standards internationally. One of
the contributions of the organization is the establishment of international guidelines
for the staging of gynecologi cancers, which are regularly reviewed and updated.
